1. Exclusivity; Retail points are carefully selected. The idea is to not have too many retail points per city and / or municipality.

2. Good margins; Since my success is partly determined by the inventory flows in stores, I personally choose to give the best possible margins to all my retail partners.

3. Personal service; The advantage of partnering exclusively with a number of retailers is that I can always continue to visit them in person. I deliberately choose to invest in these relationships by visiting regularly and spending a day at the store to inform, not only customers, but also the retail staff about the methods of production and the materials used.

4. Robust & versatile range; basic colors can be delivered within 24-48 hours on a 'never out of stock' basis. The colors black, blue and gray will always be in stock for quick delivery to retailers. These are the crucial colors for a store where the flow of inventory is the greatest. I vary each season with a number of fresh colors. I regularly order stock on the basis of the color requirements of an entrepreneur.

5. Speed; the speed of responding to questions and delivering orders is crucial. For specific questions, you can call me, of course and you will have an immediate answer. In general, questions via email are responded to within the hour. If your order is in stock, it is delivered on average within 2 working days.

6. Private label; currently, there are several retailers with their own labeled socks, and —you guessed it— these are made by Carlo Lanza. I fully assist the retailer with this concept. After the assortment is chosen, I arrange all the printed materials and make sure that the socks are labelled in the shops.

7. Bespoke weaving in the sock; Do you want to design your own unique socks for an in-store sale or a promotional gift? By all means! A couple of clients have already done so, for instance, by having the coat of arms of their city weaved into the socks.
